30-day refund support
KICKWEAR accepts return requests for eligible football jerseys and soccer apparel within 30 days of delivery.
Return condition
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
Personalized items
Personalized jerseys, custom name and number printing, patch-added products, and special-order items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives with a clear quality issue or the wrong item, contact support@kickwearfootball.com with your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging. Our team will review the case and help with a replacement, store credit, refund, or another suitable solution.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
